Return Policy

**Return and Replacement Policy:**

**3-Day Replacement Policy for Bracelets and Keychains:**

We provide a one-time replacement for any bracelet or keychain within 30 days of receipt if it breaks. Each bracelet and/or keychain is eligible for only one replacement during this time frame.

**3-Day Replacement Policy for Beaded Bracelets:**

A one-time replacement is offered for beaded bracelets within 3 days of receipt if they break. Eligibility for replacement requires emailing us photos of the broken item, highlighting the breakage and the knotting of the Bracelets (if applicable), along with your order number and purchase date. Without photos, we cannot proceed with an exchange.

**Replacement Procedure:**

To initiate a replacement, email us at LFB.CustomerService@gmail.com with all the necessary details. Upon approval, we will send a replacement for the same item originally purchased. Please note, that items returned without prior email consent will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues:**

Please examine your order upon arrival and immediately report any defects, damage, or incorrect items to LFB.CustomerService@gmail.com.

**All Sales Are Final:**

In light of COVID-19, returns or exchanges are not accepted, and all sales are considered final.

**Exchanges:**

We do not offer exchanges. Ensure you measure your wrist size accurately in inches and select the appropriate size when ordering. Read the descriptions for bracelets carefully, as exchanges are not available. For custom items, verify the spelling of names and personalized phrases before confirming your order.

**Refunds:**

Once an order is placed, no refunds are available. Cancellations are not possible once an order is in production or has been shipped. Please double-check your wrist measurements and size selections before ordering, particularly for custom items.
